Welsh and English speaking Staff
We have a strong mix of Welsh & English speaking staff and we provide welsh lessons to our staff free of charge through our training portal.
Staff training & Support
Trained and skilled team members are essential to our success. Each staff member is on a training matrix reviewed every six months. Staff undertake first aid at work, site-specific role and job training, physical intervention, crowd management and CCTV monitoring. As required, all staff employed undertake a company induction and role awareness module.
We ensure all our staff attend refresher safety training which includes control and restraint & breakaway techniques as well as training on how to recognise and support vulnerable adults in the licensed and hospitality industry.
